I am very happy with my new carpeting. From the very beginning while working with the salesman, to the scheduler, to the installer, all were professional and helpful during the entire process. I would especially like to thank the salesman who had to put up with a customer who at times was a "barrel of indecision". The installers were very friendly and took the time to talk with me while they were doing their work. They did a very nice job with the cleanup, as well. The installer had to come back a week later to finish a small section of the carpeting where a portion of floorboard was rotted and need to be replaced. He did so without a single complaint.

This is exactly what we were seeking for out bathroom. The tile looks outstanding and has a nice "standing barefoot" feel, not too cold and a substantial texture to ensure that slipping is minimized.
