Comments about Shaw City Charmer
The sales people were very patient and kind. The installer was excellent. The color was nice. Unfortunately, the smell of the carpet was awful. The off gassing took several weeks and still causes some of the home owners headaches. In telephone call to Shaw, customer rep said that the carpet should not smell. If the carpet smell does not abate and stop headaches, carpet will need to be replaced. Will go to a different vendor at that time.
