Free Pickup

HOM Furniture offers FREE pickup for your furniture items from our various showroom pickup centers and warehouse locations! We will help load your product into your vehicle, checking first that its safe for transport. Our top priorities are your safety, our team’s safety, and making sure you can enjoy your furniture faster! When shopping online we will let you know the soonest you can get your item via pickup at a variety of our locations. Pickup times do vary per location so make sure to check out hours on the specific store location page.

Free Shipping - Garage Drop Off

Available for designated local shipping and delivery areas, on warehouse stock, is HOM Furniture’s FREE SHIPPING option. To qualify you must have an order subtotal of $499.99 before taxes. During the checkout process, we will let you know if you qualify, and all you have to do is select Free Shipping - Garage Drop Off, and we’ll inform you of the earliest delivery date to your residence. Free shipping is available Monday – Friday.

As part of our Free Shipping - Garage Drop service, we will place all furniture, in factory packaging, inside your garage, loading dock or outside the first-floor entry. Our delivery team always inspects the outside packaging to ensure there is no exterior damage before loading it on the truck. A signature is required upon delivery. HOM Furniture is dedicated to delivering your furniture purchase untarnished.

White Glove Delivery

If you are looking for a premium delivery option that includes professional installation of your product and clean up and haul away of packaging, we’ve got you covered. For a nominal fee of $99.99 on Monday – Friday or an additional $20.00 on Saturdays (all markets) and Sundays (MSP metro only), you can select our top-tier White Glove delivery service. As part of our White Glove Delivery, you are guaranteed a two-hour delivery window, and even a convenience call 30-minutes prior to arrival. At our facility, we perform a four-step pre-delivery inspection, which includes: un-packaging of your item; a product pre-inspection by our professional service team; pre-assembly of all furniture and hardware; and if needed, professional refinishing and on the spot replacement of defects.

Once we arrive at your dwelling, you can rest easy knowing we will finish any remaining assembly and installation, and place your furniture in the desired room of your home, apartment or condo. Before we go, you can count on our professional delivery team providing you with an in-home consultation and training on use and best care for your furniture. When we’re done, we’ll clean up and dispose of any and all packaging materials leaving you ready to use your furniture!
